Hafnium Applications

First, Hafnium has been used in X-ray and TV tubes production. In metallurgy: as a dopant for improving mechanical and physical properties, for increasing the heat resistance steels and hard alloys. Refractory quality and high heat conductivity make Hafnium very useful in rocket manufacture in alloys with tantalum oxidizing-resistant at temperatures up to 1650°C.
